The SPEL Materials Testing Laboratory is the sole Quality Testing unit serving both the public and private construction sectors on the island of Tobago. The lab serves to perform testing services in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO and BS International Standards. Results are tabulated and a comprehensive report dispatched to our SPEL Customers.
